our mission is …YOUNG: We will bring Shakespeare to life with entertaining productions of force and beauty.   

FEARLESS:  We will delve deeper with fearless resolve into the world of classical text and performance guided by some of the great classical actors of the theatre. 



PROVOCATIVE  Using all-male casting, our productions will reveal what Shakespeare’s own audience might have experienced, bringing us closer to the author’s original vision. 

INSPIRING: We will focus on the basic elements of storytelling: the actor, the story and the text, to achieve clarity and relevance. 

 



COMMITTED:  We will further the study and enjoyment of Shakespeare by supporting a vital education initiative bringing classical theatre into New York City’s under-served public schools while building a new audience to be challenged and inspired.
